Melanie and Marlies talk about their role as consultants in  Gouda, in a region inhabited by diverse cultures, and people with diverse socio-economic backgrounds. In order to prevent early school leaving they work closely together with other stakeholders, handling individual cases of students at risk with a complex approach, and a high success rate.
