When school goes to children

When school goes to children

Applying a threefold approach, a complex pedagogical program aims at the reintegration of children into formal education. Mobile Schools bring education to children on the street, acknowledging the reality of people living in extreme poverty, using creative tools, games, and recognizing individual strengths. Having their self-esteem and their motivation to learn improved, children then spend time in Educational Centers, receiving support from social workers, psychologists and educators, who prepare them to eventually reintegrate in the school system, or continue learning in the Second Chance Programme.
